To find deeper meaning and greater connection in your relationships. Couples Yoga Therapy is a great tool to practice communication, deep listening, and understanding of one another in a partnered-embodied experience.
Occurring once a month during the Full Moon. This class is for ALL bodies, you are always accepted and empowered to be exactly who you need to be in the moment. This class is about YOU. There will be movement, meditation, and readings.
